Create a family account to start your City River application. Save your progress and come back anytime before you submit.

What you will need

  • A phone or computer with a camera, for two video answers of up to three minutes each, recorded in the portal
  • Names and emails for two recommenders: a teacher the student has had in the last two years and a community member. We email them a private link.
  • The name and email of the person at the student's current school who handles records, such as the counselor or registrar. We email them a private link, and the school sends grades, attendance, and test scores to us directly.
  • Homeschool or other learning? Upload any records you have.

Upload PDF, JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 10 MB each. Each account holds one student's application.
